Toni Smartt

Toni has been working in Employee ownership since 2020. She works primarily on EOTs but also has experience on share schemes.

She’s done over 200 company valuations and been involved in over 100 EOT transactions. Previously, she was responsible for extensive research in the EOT sector for purposes of compiling the Employee Owned top 50 list, now the top 50 EOT list.

Previously, her background was in commercial law. She has a love for spreadsheets and her cat, Brian.
